Return Policy

 

  • The customer has the right to return or exchange the products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt in the following cases:
    1. Product damage during transportation
    2. Product received does not match the order
    3. Poor product quality
    4. Other non-customer-induced damages

Please make sure the items are in their original packaging and contact the customer service within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, overdue requests will not be processed.  

 

  • The customer does not have the right to return or exchange the products in the following cases:
    1. After passing more than 7 calendar days from the day of receiving the product
    2. Product damage or contamination caused by the customer
    3. Product opened or used or not in their original packaging

 

  • What to do if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

  • Shipping fee on returns

We provide one free return within the 7-day cooling-off period. For second return within the cooling-off period, the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.

 

  • Refund after product return

It will take about 3-7 business days for us to check the correctness and completeness of the returned products, after then, an about 7-14 business day refund process will be initiated.
