Return Policy
- The customer has the right to return or exchange the products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt in the following cases:
- Product damage during transportation
- Product received does not match the order
- Poor product quality
- Other non-customer-induced damages
Please make sure the items are in their original packaging and contact the customer service within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, overdue requests will not be processed.
- The customer does not have the right to return or exchange the products in the following cases:
- After passing more than 7 calendar days from the day of receiving the product
- Product damage or contamination caused by the customer
- Product opened or used or not in their original packaging
- What to do if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

- Shipping fee on returns
We provide one free return within the 7-day cooling-off period. For second return within the cooling-off period, the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
- Refund after product return
It will take about 3-7 business days for us to check the correctness and completeness of the returned products, after then, an about 7-14 business day refund process will be initiated.
